Setup time depends on which booth and rentals you book and how easy it is to reach your setup spot at the venue. We confirm your arrival and setup window in your quote, so everything is ready before guests arrive.
The 360° Video Booth needs open space around the platform so the camera can rotate safely. The Digital Photo Booth needs room for the booth plus a spot for guests to pose. Tell us about your venue and we'll confirm the space you need in your quote.
Yes, with the right setup. Indoors is simplest. For outdoor events, the equipment needs a flat surface, shade, and protection from rain and wind. Share your plans in your request and we'll help you pick the right spot.
Each piece of equipment needs access to a power outlet near its setup spot. The fog machine is rated at 1800W. In most US venues, one standard 15-amp circuit supplies about 1800W, so the fog machine should run on its own circuit, separate from the booth and coolers, to avoid tripping a breaker. Ask your venue which outlets share a circuit.
Delivery and travel depend on where your event is. Include your venue address or ZIP code in your request and we'll include delivery details in your quote.
Gold and Diamond include a professional attendant. Silver includes setup only. If you are arranging a custom rental, tell us what you need and we’ll confirm the details in your quote.
Silver includes 3 hours. Gold and Diamond include 4 hours of photo booth service. Additional hours can be requested in the quote form. Your quote confirms your rental window.
Yes. A deposit reserves your date. Your date is not held until your rental agreement is signed and your deposit is received. The deposit amount and payment details are in your quote.
Cancellation terms are in your rental agreement, and you'll see them before you sign. If you have questions about them, ask before you book.
Rain and strong wind can damage electronics, so outdoor setups need cover. If the forecast looks risky, we'll talk with you before event day about moving the setup to a covered area. For event cooling, keep in mind that our air coolers are evaporative. They cool best in dry heat with airflow and cool less in very humid weather.
Some venues restrict fog or haze because it can set off smoke detectors or fire alarms. Check with your venue coordinator before booking and ask if they need to know in advance. We'll ask about venue rules during your quote.
